Who should apply?

Everyone is encouraged to apply. Applications are reviewed on a case by case basis.

How do I apply?

All applications are filled out online. Please click here to be redirected to our application page. You will need social security numbers for the entire household as well as the monthly income for your household.

What happens next now that I have applied?

The Housing Authority will process your pre-application, they may contact you regarding missing information. Once processed you will receive a letter in the mail informing you of your approval status. If approved the letter will let you know which waiting lists your name has been added to.

How long is the waiting list and when can I move in?

The waiting list length varies. We have no way of predicting when a vacancy will occur for a new resident to move in.
