This form is specifically for addressing concerns related to Housing Authority of the City of Lacrosse (LHA) properties.

To report public safety issues at non-LHA properties, please contact the La Crosse Police Department at (608) 782-7575 for non-emergencies or dial 9-1-1 in case of emergency.

How to use this form

  • We allow for anonymous submissions (name and contact info is optional)
  • Please provide as much detail as possible regarding the incident, specifically the time, where it took place in or around the building, and who was involved.
  • You can upload photo and videos
  • Reports without adequate detail may not be able to be resolved.
